There are certain behaviours that unleash a cascade of other positive
habits in your life. These behaviours are called "keystone habits."
Landmark studies confirm keystone habits propel us to forge positive
habits far more easily and quickly.
Exercise is one of those keystone habits. Just once a week is enough to
help you eat better, be more productive, smoke less, and spend less.
When I started running for my first 10k, I switched to a plant-based diet, started
juicing, drank more water, and began daily stretching.
There are dozens of keystone habits that can change your life. I know,
because it's happened for me.
Learning to create
habits is a skill everyone should know. If you're ready to learn it,
check out my friend Barrie Davenport’s Sticky Habits Course.
To your habit success,
Jana
