What's 'Your Sweet Spot'?.... Figured it out yet?

Are you one of those people who are getting sick and tired of feeling restless, bored, tired and leading a passionless life? or Someone who is always full of energy, fully charged every morning looking forward to the day ahead? If you are one of the lucky few who are living out of your passions every day, then well done you!

Rest of you who are still searching for your sweet spot- Fear NOT.....you are not alone! I was too felt like I wasn't going anywhere, where I rarely woke up feeling excited or enthusiastic about the day ahead.....until I came across a series of steps that allowed me to completely turn around my life, showed me there's more to life than what I was doing, & ideas, new techniques and thoughts in 'How To Find My Life's Passions'!

Thank you to Brendan Baker from Start of Happiness for introducing this to me and glad that I followed his Launch of Academy program!

The 'Sweet Spot' is where you find an interaction of what you are really passionate about, what you are really good at and what you can actually earn an income from!

...When you do find your own sweet spot you will become UNSTOPPABLE- finally get the burning feel inside that you can do anything in your life!

So have you taken that painful step in assessing where you are or put yourself through the journey yet?

3 simple steps to discover your own passionate life:

Step 1) Sit down to fine tune to see what excites and motivates you in terms of passions and what you
             want to achieve and think along the perspectives where you can make earn an income;

Step 2) Then have a closer look at your existing skills and talents and think about learning new skills
             which will help you achieve your new passions or dream lines you identify;

Step 3) Generating income from your passions is crucial as when you spend more time in the things
             you love, you will get more motivation, energy and success you will enjoy which allows you
             to continue pursuing your dreams even during hard times!

If you are still nervous about making this jump or getting cold feet about going after your dreams and passions,out of fear of the unknown, Tim Ferriss (The 4-Hour Work Week) has the perfect antidote for you-sharing the top 3 of his 7 thought provoking gems!

Write down your answers, and don't over think your answers and spend few minutes on each answer:

1) Define your nightmare, the absolute worst that could happen if you did what you are considering.
    What doubt, fears and "what-ifs" pop up as you consider the big changes you can or need to make?
     Envision them in painstaking detail.

  - Would it be the end of your life?

  - What would be the permanent impact, if any, on a scale of 1-10?

  - Are these things really permanent?

   -How likely do you think it's that they would actually happen?

2) What steps could you take to repair the damage or get things back on the upswing, even if
      temporarily? Chances are, it's easier than you imagine. How could you get things back under
      control?

3) What are the outcomes or benefits, both temporary and permanent, of more probable scenarios?
     Now that you've defined the nightmare, what are the more probable or definite positive outcomes,
     whether internal (confidence, self esteem, etc) or external?

   -What would the impact of these more-likely outcomes be on a scale of 1-10?

   -How likely is it that you could produce at least a moderately good outcome? Have less intelligent
    people done this before and pulled it off?

What are you waiting for? If you cannot answer this without resorting to the previously rejected concept of good timing, the answer is simple: You are afraid, just like the rest of the world. Measure what's really costing you - financially, emotionally, and physically-to postpone action, realize your past mistakes or missteps and start to create new 'sticky' habits of those who excel and enjoy doing so: ACTION!

Take those little baby steps TODAY and see where it leads to........

Start today and take INSPIRED ACTIONS to attract your dreams and desires

Have an amazing Friday Friends!
