Learn 7 Simple Hidden Secrets Formula To Re-Wire Your Brain To Shape Better Tomorrow

It's been awhile now since I've been looking for help in improving my career and life and feels like a lifetime when I think back. For the past few years I've been unhappy with my professional life. My main issue was the state of my job and the lack of freedom it gave me to pursue my own dreams and passions . I spent too much time at work that affected time spent with my family and friends.

On top of that, my job duties have increased over time but my salary has not. I felt mentally down and was struggling to think of ways I could improve the quality of my life. Something had to change.

When I came across The Millionaire's Brain, I was in two minds. While I felt that the book could help me in my present situation, I wasn't sure if I could get much help out of it as I would like.

But The Millionaire's Brain seemed simple enough to digest and was more than affordable- at least compared to the hundreds or even thousands you might fork out for some sort of "get rich quick" talks or schemes you see advertised everywhere.

And cut to present day after spending some time with The Millionaire's Brain, I am relieved to review that it is well worth the purchase!

As a whole, The Millionaire Brain manual explores basic mind concepts that I have always found fascinating. Changing your actions, behaviors and thoughts might sound simple, but they are powerful tools to implement in your life.

I was particularly interested where they focus on training your brain to have a positive mindset towards money and wealth. Personally, money has always been hard to come by. And I realized that it was due to my negative feelings towards money. Fortunately, the book teaches you how to rewire your brain to have a positive mindset about money.

It really helps that the book explains the abilities of a person's brain and how it is programmed. I got to learn about neuroplasticity and how the brain can be changed and shaped throughout a person's life. Such information really instilled the confidence in me to make a list of goals and aim to achieve them.

Besides wealth, The Millionaire's brain also touches on other mental areas that is likely to affect you in life.

For instance, there is a chapter devoted to overcoming negativity and embracing positivity to overcome hardships. I'd like to point out that while such information might not be related to my main goal, I found it very helpful in evaluating myself and my life choices so far.

Personally, I found myself re-reading the pointers on removing negative influence and adding more positivity to my life. I realized from reading these chapters that I needed to surround myself more with people who share similar goals and hobbies.

Initially, I was always focused on work and had no time for socializing which affected me emotionally. I now get that making positive changes is indeed just as important as working hard.

Another aspect I liked was the exercises present throughout the chapters that enabled me to understand the written content. They do not take up much of your time and at most, all you need is a pen and paper to get it done!

The Wealth Code- Learn 7 Hidden Secrets Never Been Shared Before

If you like to apply what you've learnt, The Millionaire's Brain also comes with a Brain Optimizer workbook for you to practice on yourself to get the most out of what you've been reading.

To be frank, I generally take a long time to learn things and get them right. I was not looking forward to opening the Brain Optimizer workbook! But I'm glad I eventually did as the exercises were not difficult. While I have not completed all of the exercises as of yet, I did the find the meditative techniques relaxing and emotionally satisfying.

The Money Code is another bonus content that comes with The Millionaire's Brain. If you are more interested in achieving financial success, this report would be most beneficial to you. It serves as a worthy extension from The Millionaire's Brain plus I found it cool how it teaches you to draw out ideas from the creative side of your mind.

You also receive some audio guidance known as The Millionaire Mindset Suite. I was recommended to listen to the audios consistently for at least four weeks. I initially found it tough to commit to such a schedule due to work so I listened to each session individually daily, which has been working well so far.

This is a unique aspect when I got The Millionaire's Brain: Compared to most products today- you don't just get one wordy, measly book, you get the works! As I mentioned above, I had more options in my hand with a workbook, an audio guide and an additional report. I appreciate that Millionaire's Brain Book doesn't hold back, it gives the user a variety of stuff to work with!

I am very appreciative of what The Millionaire's Brain is doing. I feel that authors Winter and Alvin have put together a well thought out and informative book that can help just about the everyday Joe who want to financially prosper.

It certainly has helped in making me believe that you don't really have to work day and night to achieve wealth and prosperity in your life! And now that I'm taking control of my own destiny, the future has never looked better!

8 Lessons Learned from Failed Relationships That No One Will Tell You, so I Will!

When relationships end with significant others or friends, we are often left wondering how to pick up the pieces. We turn to friends and family who offer kind messages and sage advice on how to move on with our lives, but there are overlooked lessons we forget about as we process our breakups. Below are key lessons about failed relationships that no one will tell you about.

1. Over analysis is the enemy of progress.

When a relationship ends, we may spend countless hours dissecting countless situations in an attempt to discover what went wrong. Our minds act like detectives, revisiting scenes and hypothetical situations to find clues and witnesses that attest to what caused the relationship’s end. We recruit friends to become therapists, as we relentlessly analyze our feelings about the one who is no longer a part of our lives. The hours we spend examining and re-examining the past are part of the healing process, but overdoing it can prevent us from living in the present and moving toward the future. Instead of spending hours trying to understand why a relationship ended, we can spend some of that time better understanding who we are without that person in our lives.

2. Treat yourself how you want others to treat you.

If we leave a failed relationship feeling demoralized, disheartened and undervalued, we may also question if anyone will ever love and value our qualities, quirks and specialness (of course the answer to that is yes, someone will). Rather than looking to others to validate what makes us lovable and unique, we have to look in the mirror and start with ourselves. Treating ourselves the way we want others treat us means that we give ourselves compassion, love, patience and care. It also means that we create moments and experiences where we are able to shine and be our best selves.

3. Don’t fall into the blame game trap.

When we end a relationship with someone, we may try to assign blame by pointing fingers at ourselves or the other person involved. When we blame the other person, we can find ourselves getting angry or feeling justified for our own mistakes and transgressions. When the finger is pointed at ourselves, we feel guilt and shame, wondering if it was our own doing that caused the breakup. Yet, each perspective prevents us from understanding the key factors that contributed to a relationship ending, and from learning important lesson that can be used to strengthen current and future relationships.

4. Healing is not a linear process.

The end of a relationship brings with it a spectrum of feelings where our emotions go from grief to relief, sadness to joy, and anger to excitement. As we travel along those spectrums, we may find that one day we feel like we’re on top of the world, to then feel instantly distressed when we see reminders of a past relationship. In that moment, we feel as if all of the progress we’ve made has gone down the drain, which is further from the truth. The healing process does not follow a straight line. Instead, it is more like a roller coaster where we can experience a multitude of feelings all at once.

5. You may relapse, and that is okay.

After we break off a relationship, we may vow to never see the other person again, and throw away mementos and keepsakes that remind us of him or her. However, a situation may occur within our lives that only that person will understand, or a holiday arrives where we feel compelled to see how he or she is doing. Infrequent text messages turn into phone calls, which become coffee dates, which lead to hanging out on a regular basis. Then old harmful issues arise, which cause us to feel so naïve, guilty, and ashamed for trying to rekindle something that should’ve remained in the past. When beat ourselves up over our relapses into old relationships, we should remind ourselves that each step back teaches us about recovery, as they give us the opportunity to know better in case there is a next time.

6. Remember the good, and not just the bad and ugly.

Thinking about a failed relationship often causes us to recall how it ended and not how it began, or we focus on the other person’s negative qualities rather than appreciating the good ones. Sometimes, even if we have something more positive to say about our former friend or partner, we add a qualifier to our statement—“Marsha is a so creative, but was a horrible listener.” Focusing on someone’s negative qualities shows that we are still holding onto the anger and hurt that the relationship caused. Remembering the good allows us to keep a healthier perspective about the relationship. It also indicates that we’ve truly moved on from our failed relationship because we are no longer holding on to those negative feelings.

7. Forgiveness is the greatest gift to give yourself.

True forgiveness is one of the greatest gifts that we can give to ourselves because it means that we can let go of past hurts that impact the potential for present happiness. In forgiving ourselves for our mistakes or perceived transgressions, we give ourselves permission to recognize our humanity. We realize that life goes on, and that tomorrow is another day to learn a brand new lesson. In forgiving others we are able to release the power they have within our hearts and minds. That is not to say that we should try to be best friends with someone that’s done something hurtful to us. However, it means that we should let the anger, hurt, and disappointment be transformed into something brighter, lighter, and more meaningful so we do not carry that pain within us.

8. Happy diversions are great, until they are not.

When a relationship ends, we may immerse ourselves in work, household projects, or hobbies. We become more social, trying to find new experiences, activities and people to fill the space in our lives left empty by the person we lost. In those moments we feel happy and excited to explore our interests and undertake new ventures. However, if we have not coped with the pain of a failed relationship, these happy diversions can bury feelings of hurt and sadness, until the day comes when they rise to the surface, putting us in a place of despair. Therefore, we should do those things that m.ake us feel good about ourselves, while also processing the pain of a failed relationship.

What's 'Your Sweet Spot'?.... Figured it out yet?

Are you one of those people who are getting sick and tired of feeling restless, bored, tired and leading a passionless life? or Someone who is always full of energy, fully charged every morning looking forward to the day ahead? If you are one of the lucky few who are living out of your passions every day, then well done you!

Rest of you who are still searching for your sweet spot- Fear NOT.....you are not alone! I was too felt like I wasn't going anywhere, where I rarely woke up feeling excited or enthusiastic about the day ahead.....until I came across a series of steps that allowed me to completely turn around my life, showed me there's more to life than what I was doing, & ideas, new techniques and thoughts in 'How To Find My Life's Passions'!

Thank you to Brendan Baker from Start of Happiness for introducing this to me and glad that I followed his Launch of Academy program!

The 'Sweet Spot' is where you find an interaction of what you are really passionate about, what you are really good at and what you can actually earn an income from!

...When you do find your own sweet spot you will become UNSTOPPABLE- finally get the burning feel inside that you can do anything in your life!

So have you taken that painful step in assessing where you are or put yourself through the journey yet?

3 simple steps to discover your own passionate life:

Step 1) Sit down to fine tune to see what excites and motivates you in terms of passions and what you
             want to achieve and think along the perspectives where you can make earn an income;

Step 2) Then have a closer look at your existing skills and talents and think about learning new skills
             which will help you achieve your new passions or dream lines you identify;

Step 3) Generating income from your passions is crucial as when you spend more time in the things
you love, you will get more motivation, energy and success you will enjoy which allows you
to continue pursuing your dreams even during hard times!

If you are still nervous about making this jump or getting cold feet about going after your dreams and passions, out of fear of the unknown, Tim Ferriss (The 4-Hour Work Week) has the perfect antidote for you-sharing the top 3 of his 7 thought provoking gems!

Write down your answers, and don't over think your answers and spend few minutes on each answer:

1) Define your nightmare, the absolute worst that could happen if you did what you are considering.
What doubt, fears and "what-ifs" pop up as you consider the big changes you can or need to make?
     Envision them in painstaking detail.

  - Would it be the end of your life?

  - What would be the permanent impact, if any, on a scale of 1-10?

  - Are these things really permanent?

-How likely do you think it's that they would actually happen?

2) What steps could you take to repair the damage or get things back on the upswing, even if
temporarily? Chances are, it's easier than you imagine. How could you get things back under
      control?

3) What are the outcomes or benefits, both temporary and permanent, of more probable scenarios?
Now that you've defined the nightmare, what are the more probable or definite positive outcomes,
whether internal (confidence, self esteem, etc) or external?

-What would the impact of these more-likely outcomes be on a scale of 1-10?

-How likely is it that you could produce at least a moderately good outcome? Have less intelligent
people done this before and pulled it off?

What are you waiting for? If you cannot answer this without resorting to the previously rejected concept of good timing, the answer is simple: You are afraid, just like the rest of the world. Measure what's really costing you - financially, emotionally, and physically-to postpone action, realize your past mistakes or missteps and start to create new 'sticky' habits of those who excel and enjoy doing so: ACTION!

Take those little baby steps TODAY and see where it leads to........

Start today and take INSPIRED ACTIONS to attract your dreams and desires

Have an amazing Friday Friends!

If You Want To Be Wealthy, You Should Avoid These 7 Money Mistakes!

Who does not dream of becoming wealthy? If you ask people around you about their goal in life, many of them would say that it is being rich or wealthy. The reasons why people want to be wealthy vary from person to person.

Whatever your ulterior motive is, if you want to be wealthy, there are tried and tested money mistakes – yes, money mistakes, that you must avoid. Here, we bring to you a list of seven money mistakes that all of us should shun.

1. Spending more than you earn:

It sounds like common sense but it is not. If this money mistake was simple enough to avoid, nobody would be in a financial crisis. This is a deadly habit and can ultimately lead to total financial distress. To make matters worse, we now have credit cards and other facilities that make us spend more than our financial means. To curb the urge to spend more than what you earn, maintain a budget and then track it closely.

“Before you spend, earn.” ~–William A. Ward

2. Buying things you do not need:

All of us want to show-off our success but remember, wealthy people do not have to show if off. It shows itself but if you are on your path to being wealthy, don’t commit this money mistake. You should definitely spend on things of your interest but do not buy things solely for the purpose of impressing others, who are sometimes, even those people that you do not like at all.

“If you buy things you don’t need, soon you will have to sell things you need.” ~ Warren Buffet

3. Not facing your financial situation

You might ask me how making this mistake is even possible but this is our defense mechanism. When we are obese and don’t want to do any effort to lose weight, we start avoiding the mirror.

Similarly, when we know that our money matters are in bad shape and we are not ready to make an effort to fix them, we avoid looking at the exact figures and that makes matters even worse! We should put the figures on a paper or on an excel sheet and look at them very carefully. That’s the first step towards dealing with your money troubles.

4. Not having a plan

Just like it is required for anything else, planning is an absolute must for your financial goals. Your financial goals can and must include your retirement plans, planning to pay your debt as soon as possible and creating investments no matter if your income is high or low.

“Make sure you have a plan of your life in your hand, and that includes the financial plan and your mission.” ~ Manoj Arora

5. Relying on one income stream

Many of us live depend on a single income stream and we are quite happy to get a pay cheque on a fixed date. Even those of us, who run their own business or are self-employed, usually rely on one channel of income. This can lead to an absolute disaster. No matter how steady or great that income is, if it runs dry due to any problem, it can create huge financial issues.

6. Not trying to increase your income

If somebody asks you today to save more, do you automatically start thinking about expenses that you can cut down?

Wrong approach.

The better approach is to try to increase your income. Let’s assume that a person saves 25% of their income, if the income increases, savings too will automatically increase. However, always trying to cut down on your expenses is not a very fruitful and long-term strategy. If you leave too many things, it will make you frustrated and you will not be able to achieve your goal of being wealthy.

7. Prioritizing spending over saving

When we have a pressing need at present, we tend to feel that we should fulfill that need and savings can always be done later. This later won’t ever come because your needs never end. Research chemist Neil McCarthy started investing in the stock market at a very young age. Today he has a net worth of about $2.1 million. According to him what made all the difference is this:

“If you wait to save out of what’s left over from your salary, it’s not going to happen. Pay yourself first.”

If you want to be wealthy, there’s no easy route. Just focus on your goals and face the current problems in a realistic manner. Make sure you avoid these money mistakes on your path to being wealthy and success would be yours!!

While I was browsing through YouTube this morning I stumbled across yet another of Brian Tracy's worldly gems where he's showing amazing ways to cope with worry and how best to get over them to start living the life you deserve:

First of the process is, 'Worry-Buster Formula'  and he's taking us through 4 steps to put this into action today by asking yourself these important questions:

1) Define your problem clearly- Accurate diagnosis is half the cure!
2) What is the worst possible outcome? -Filling out a "Disaster Report"
3) Resolve to accept the worst possible outcome -
4) Make sure worst possible outcome does not occur in the first place!

Think about all the positive creative things you can start to do and once the block is removed you will begin to see light at the end of the tunnel in yourself be more happy with yourself!

7 Daily Habits for Balance In Your Life !

We live in a success-obsessed world. Many of us chase after success in our careers or business at the expense of family, relationships, health, and spirituality. We fail to understand that success cannot be compartmentalized. When one area of your life suffers, all the other areas will follow suit sooner or later. If you want to be successful in life, and not just in your career, you need to strive for balance.

The good news is that you can get closer to balance in your life with 7 very simple daily habits:

1. Start your day with prayer or meditation

Achieving balance in your life starts with your personal choice and decision to change the way you live your life. It requires your attitude and discipline to make it happen. That’s why achieving balance in your life requires that you have a very strong core. If you don’t like who you are, where you are, or what you do, chances are you won’t like the other areas of your life either.

Make it a habit to start your day by praying or meditating. Praying or meditating in the morning helps you feel that you are more than you think you are, that you can do more than you think you can, and that there is more to life than what you’re currently doing. Connect with yourself, know yourself, affirm yourself more, and understand that you are meant for greater things.

2. Be fully present when you’re with your family

Family life is the area most often associated with work-life balance. Having a great family life is like the pinnacle of achieving work-life balance. After all, it is your family who sticks with you through thick and thin. When all is said and done, some friendships fade, but your family will remain.

Start making a difference in the world by first making a difference in your family. Spend more quality time with them. Eat breakfast with them. Be more physically and emotionally present in their lives. Do one thing with your family today in which you’re fully engaged. Yes, you can make a huge dent in other people’s lives, but start small by making a dent and being more involved in the lives of the people already around you.

3. Reach out to one person you already know

In business, having a strong network helps you spread the word about your company. It also helps you get more things done. In your personal life, a strong network helps you grow in the different areas of your life. Which is another way to help achieve balance. By expanding your network and building strong connections, you get to learn from other people, widen your perspective, and even stretch your vision for your life.

Everyday, contact at least one person you already know. It’s always easier to start expanding your network with someone you already know. Tell that person what you’re up to and ask if there’s anything you can help him or her with. Then, ask that person if he or she can help you with something, even something as simple as spreading the word about what you’re doing. People are willing to help more than you think. Asking for help also builds trust. To keep the ball rolling, don’t forget to ask if he or she can introduce you to someone who can help you as well.

4. Spend fifteen honing your expertise

For Bill Gates, it was computing. For Michael Jordan, it was basketball. For Albert Einstein, it was theoretical physics. What did these three successful gentlemen share? They knew what they were great at.

If you want to succeed in life, excelling at one thing is a must. It’s better to be great at one thing and suck at everything else than to be average at everything.

Spend at least fifteen minutes each day improving what you’re already good at. If you’re into blogging, spend fifteen minutes reading articles on websites like Problogger. If you’re good at marketing, spend fifteen minutes studying the latest marketing tools and trends and visiting blogs like Seth Godin’s. If you’re great at sports, by all means, practice! Whatever you do, make sure you strive to become better each day.

5. Do something creative

Even though the left-brain, right-brain dominance theory has been debunked, the world still enthrones activities attributed to the left-brain, such as logic and measurement, while “right-brain” activities like creative pursuits get short-changed. Most jobs today require analytical thinking more than creative thinking. Many people also deem creative pursuits impractical and give up on them.

No matter what your job is, you should keep going after creative pursuits. If you’re employed or if you have a business, create a plan to get more customers, to get more things done, to introduce more products, and to grow the business. Notice how your blood will get pumping and your adrenaline rushing. Only “right-brain” activities or creative pursuits have that effect in our lives. More importantly, it is only through creative pursuits that you stretch your vision and redefine what’s possible for your business and for life.

If you’re more of an artist, engage in creative activities that excite you like drawing, painting, playing music, writing music, animating, writing a story, or even starting a blog! It helps achieve balance in and add color to your life after a long, monotonous, “left-brain” dominant day.

Don’t just control, using your analytical “left-brain.”Create using your “right-brain” as well.

6. Take a 30-minute walk

The first five things you need to do each day focus on your emotional, relational, and personal success. But, in order to achieve and enjoy all those successes, you also need to succeed in the area of your physical health. You cannot enjoy all the success you’ve worked so hard for if you’re lying sick in bed.

Make it a habit to get yourself moving. Take a 30-minute walk, go to the gym, take Zumba classes, or even stretch for ten minutes after every hour of sitting down. Just get yourself moving! There are so many different benefits from physical activities and so many different ways to do it. Find what works for you and do it consistently. Small, consistent action beats one big effort followed by a big crash every time.

7. Do one thing to reach out, give back, or pay forward

We all know the expression, “It takes a village to raise a child.” Whatever successes you are enjoying right now, you didn’t achieve them on your own. You were given unique opportunities by your parents, your family’s history and background, different circumstances, the people you met, and “angels” you’ve encountered along the way. Success is not only a personal achievement. Success is also being given many opportunities to succeed.

Unfortunately, not everyone was given the same opportunities you were given.

If you are reading this article, chances are you are living a more privileged life than many others out there who don’t even have internet access. Be that small flicker of hope to someone today. Be the “angel” who will give that person the same opportunity that you had. No matter how you help, whether in educational, business, or even financial support, keep in mind that what you’re giving someone is an opportunity to succeed.

Helping someone also doesn’t have to be big right away. You can start small by simply reaching out and giving that person an opportunity to have an emotional support in you.

Finally, Malcolm Gladwell put it very nicely in his book, Outliers: The Story of Success:

“Because we so profoundly personalize success, we miss opportunities to lift others onto the top rung… We are too much in awe of those who succeed and far too dismissive of those who fail. And most of all, we become much too passive. We overlook just how large a role we all play—and by ‘we’ I mean society—in determining who makes it and who doesn’t.”

Put It on Paper and Take Action

Now that you’re finished reading, don’t let your own ideas of achieving balance in your life slip away. Write them down, make a clear, actionable plan, act on it, and live a remarkable and more balanced life

It's worth the read, right? If you like it please share it with your friends in facebook and let others know about this too.....
