We all need to realize that whatever happened in the past belongs in the past and that you cannot change what happened which were out of your control now. It's time to reflect on your 'Worrying State of Mind' and re-wire to take control of your life from TODAY!
Fear NOT! You are not on your own as I too have gone through this in most part of my late 20s and early 30s worried about every little things, about my life, career choices, regrets, guilt, relationships I was in, my weight issues and emotional well being- the list was endless.
While I was browsing through YouTube this morning I stumbled across yet another of Brian Tracy's worldly gems where he's showing amazing ways to cope with worry and how best to get over them to start living the life you deserve:
First of the process is, 'Worry-Buster Formula' and he's taking us through 4 steps to put this into action today by asking yourself these important questions:
1) Define your problem clearly- Accurate diagnosis is half the cure!
2) What is the worst possible outcome? -Filling out a "Disaster Report"
3) Resolve to accept the worst possible outcome -
4) Make sure worst possible outcome does not occur in the first place!
Think about all the positive creative things you can start to do and once the block is removed you will begin to see light at the end of the tunnel in yourself be more happy with yourself!
'Sense of Control' is key to being fully happy and start to take control of yourself, just believe in yourself and telling yourself that you are one of the best people in the world, be happy of what you have and be grateful of all the things you have and you will start to attract even greater happiness and abundance in your life!
Take those simple baby steps each and every day to be happy and live a fulfilled happy life!
